Anti-Aging: Keep Looking Good

How to maintain and keep your appearance when aging

The way we look inspires the way we feel. It also influences immensely how other people think of us. People may say that ‘wearing the habit doesn’t make you into a vicar’, but however, the reality is that appearances matter tremendously nowadays. Time, by it self, cannot make you look good unless you help, and help a lot. To see how you are affected by the ravages of time, answer the questions below:

  1. Do you have thin skin?
  2. Is your skin usually dry?
  3. Is your hair falling out fast?
  4. Do you think that you have more wrinkles on your face than most other people of your age?
  5. Do you sunbathe (on a sun-bed, by the sea, in the garden)?
  6. Do you smoke?
  7. Does your partner or do other people around you smoke cigarettes?
  8. Do you avoid taking antioxidant supplements?
  9. Do you drink fewer than eight glasses of fluid (water, tea, juice, etc) a day?

If you answered ‘Yes” to more than one question above, then your appearance is probably affected by aging. Fortunately, there are many ways which you can recapture your looks by reducing skin aging.
