Mental Exercise with Positive Self-Talk

 

 

Using positive self-talk as a mental exercise to fight aging

Every morning stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself. Say to yourself positively and enthusiastically:

Good morning [your name]

We are going to have a nice day today and live life to the full.

[or]

We are going to do something really interesting today and have fun. A lot of interesting things are going to happen to us today.

Do this for 30 seconds a day. Use a loud voice if possible. This may make others in your house think that you are mad, but after a short time you will be surprised at the results.
