The usage of amino acids which is the building blocks of proteins, as health supplements has returned in style again. The glycine, glutamic acid and amino acids cysteine combine to create glutathione that prevents age-related destruction of the body.

Very recently, camosine, a chemical similar to amino acids, was found to be effective in reducing age-related damage in the brain and in other parts of the body. Camosine is found in red meat and chicken, but is also available in tablet form. Camosine is effective and excellent in its age-busting actions.
