Chicken and Spinach Salad Recipe

 

 

Ingredients: (Serves 2, 250 calories per serving)

  • 2 small chicken breasts, boiled or grilled and chopped into small pieces
  • 100 g (3½ oz) spinach leaves
  • Walnuts
  • Parsley
  • 1 grapefruit, segmented
  • Radishes

Method:

Mix all of the above ingredients in a clean bowl. Dress them with olive oil, and mixed with the thyme and black pepper. Serve for a great anti-aging salad meal.
