Easter Salad Recipe

 

 

Ingredients: (Serves 2, 250 calories)

  • ½ small lettuce
  • 6 scallions (spring onions)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • Dry herbs

Method:

Tear the lettuce and cut the scallions or spring onions (including their green leaves) into big pieces. Add the sliced eggs. Beat olive oil and vinegar and add the dry herbs according to your taste. This makes a wonderful salad for an anti-aging nutritional diet.
