Pasta with Shrimps Recipe

 

 

Ingredients: (Serves 2, 360 calories per portion)

  • 140 g (5 oz) spaghetti
  • 100 g (3½ oz) shrimps (prawns)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 glass fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Black pitted olives
  • Oregano
  • Sunflower oil

Method:

Saute the onion in sunflower oil, add the shrimps or prawns, wine and the orange juice. Bring to the boil. Cook the spaghetti. Add the sauce to the spaghetti, sprinkle with lives and oregano.
