Tuna and Pasta Bake Recipe

 

 

Ingredients: (Serves 2, 400 calories per serving)

  • 275 g (9 ½ oz) pasta
  • 1 small onion
  • 15 ml (3 teaspoons) virgin olive oil
  • 200 g (7 oz) tuna
  • 150 g (5½ oz) sweetcorn
  • 75 g (2½ oz) low fat cheese, grated

For the sauce:

  • 15 g (½ oz) cornflour
  • 570 ml (20 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk or soy milk

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (205°C) or mark 6. Boil the pasta. Saute t onion, add tuna and sweetcorn. Then add the cooked pasta. Add cornflour mixed with milk, top with grated cheese and heat for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
