Petroleum Jelly for a Softer Skin on the Hand

How wearing a cotton gloves and applying petroleum jelly to bed could help soften the skin on the hand

Petroleum jelly together with cotton gloves can work well to soften and soothe your cracked, dry, or even chapped hands. This is because petroleum jelly works as a great moisture barrier. Each night before bed, simply wash and rinse both your hands. Then pat dry, but not completely.

Subsequently, massage a small amount of petroleum jelly into them before slipping on some cotton gloves to cover them. When you awaken in the morning and remove the gloves, you’ll discover the skin on your hands will be much softer and subtle to the touch. This can also work for the feet as well. Be sure to use clean white socks after applying the petroleum jelly.
