Using Sauna to Achieve a Glowing Skin

 

 

How steam bath or sauna could help to eliminate toxins from your skin

If you desire radiant skin, try a sauna (dry heat) or perhaps a steam bath. Having a sauna or steam bath can eliminate harmful toxins and excess sodium, relax sore and tense muscles, and allow you to ease into your happy place.

If you wish to construct your own sauna or steam bath, kits can be found online. Or maybe, create a mini steam bath for your face simply by boiling water in a pan or teapot. Pour it into a ceramic bowl or glass. Drape a shower towel covering your head to make a tent and after that lower your face toward the glass or bowl. This tent contains the steam. Allow the steam to penetrate your skin for ten to fifteen minutes. For a little aromatherapy, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or allow some fresh herbs to infuse the water. Drink lots of plain water to replace back everything that you lose from the heat.
